ahreno
I have all the Garmin Maps but i sold my garmin unit. Is there any possible way to load the garmin maps onto my pocket pc (thats what i use for gps now). I can't seem to figure out a way to. Quote Link to comment
Vlad
sure - buy one of Garmin's gps for pocket pc solutions - their cfque 1620 for compact flash slots or their gps 10 bluetooth receiver - both will let you use your array of garmin maps on your pocket pc. city select and bluechart would need to be unlocked for those specific device serial numbers if you're migrating either of those products. I already have a good gps for my pocket pc... and i don't want to be limited to a s***ty 64mb of memory. I think garmin is retarded for not supporting compact flash or just selling the base pocket pc software... Quote Link to comment
+ar_kayaker
You could always sell the Mapsource software and use the money to buy something more compatible. There are lots of people that would buy it I'm sure... Quote Link to comment
+Red90
Yes, no problem. Download Garmin queMap from: http://www.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=837 Despite it saying you need a GPS 10, it will work with any PPC unit. If you want to to integrate with a GPS, read here: http://www.aximsite.com/articles/link.php?id=318 Quote Link to comment
