+srk
I regularly revisit and remain at several different locations for 'longish' periods. Having the ability to store the coordinates for these regularly revisited locations on the 'Update Home Coords' page would make it much easier & faster to change the 'Home' coordinates to reflect my new location. Nearby Cache searches and receiving New Cache advisory emails near the 'new' Home location would therefore be easier to implement. Any Comments, or Suggestions as to how I might implement this on my own? Edited July 17, 2006 by srk Link to comment
+Miragee
You could set up different PQs for each of those locations and if you use a program like GSAK to manage your data, you could have separate databases for each of those locations. Or, you could just create different filters and filter the data around those locations. Link to comment
+Markwell
Set up several PQs with the various home coordinates as the center. Preview these. - OR - Search based on Home #1's coordinates. Bookmark the results in your browser. Lather-rinse-repeat for each other home. Link to comment
+alexrudd
I like the idea of Origins (taken from The Other Place): they're a great improvement. Link to comment

+srk
At the risk of commiting blasphemy, what is "The Other Place"? Thanks for the suggestions. I have just started to use PQs in conjunction with Caches along a Route so I will use this for searches based on whatever 'home' I happen to be at. But as far as I can figure out none of them will 'automagically' advise me of new caches in my new 'home' location. Link to comment
Jeremy
At the risk of commiting blasphemy, what is "The Other Place"? Waymarking.com has the origins feature. We'll be adding this feature to geocaching.com eventually. Link to comment
