Not getting PQs

I'm not receiving any of my pocket queries. They are being run per the pocket query list but I haven't gotten them for a couple days. There have been no email address changes here and I have received them before imediately after they say they have run. Ideas? Is the server having trouble?

Make this test. Make a copy of a PQ that was set to run. Preview the copy. Mark it to run today.

See how it went.

I did as you suggested. I copied a pq, made it run today, it ran imediately, and I did not receive it. Last night I made a new query and it ran but I did not receive it.

I did receive the email notification of your post because I am tracking this thread.

I just discovered something that might be a part and parsel of what might be causing some of these headaches.

At least in Yahoo mail, if you have an address in the 'block sender' list, mail from that address will not even show up in the 'spam' folder. It will never actually arrive in your yahoo mail. Not sure if the sender gets a bounced message, but does groundspeak have the ability to read potentially thousands of messages an hour?

Now, how something like that ever gets into your block list in the first place is a mystery.

It happened to me with an important support address from paypal.

There could be some issue...

I've set to run 4 PQs after reading your post. 3 ran almost immediately... the last one is still waiting.

I did receive them in my mail address.

Then, I applied the method I told you. It ran perfectly.

This is the moment of the week where they get more requests for PQs. Maybe it's just that.

I'll be damned! You get the prise Trainlove! Thank you. :santa: Sure enough, noreply@geocaching.com magically appeared in my blocked sender list with my Qwest email. I moved noreply@geocaching.com and noreply@Groundspeak.com to my safe lender lists.

Now I have to wait another day to have them rerun.

I think the system that generates PQs is at capacity and gasping for air from Thursday to Saturday.

I can get small queries to run ad hoc or within a reasonable amount of time. But I two queries one for home and one for the mountains and those seem to have issues with the system running them. I know they work...

I setup both to run on Friday - one did not run (it ran on 10/1) and the other I futzed with, it ran w/ no results, I refutzed with it at 7pm Pacific and set it to run on Fridays and it never ran.

I just built a run once and delete query (about fifteen minuts ago) and I'm still waiting.
