stibnitetwins
I am starting this thread to help other cachers looking for "Where's a Name" If you have not yet heard of this cache follow the following link: (I consider it unusual and creative) Where's a Name Currently, cachers looking to log this cache are disorganized and splattered all over the place. If you have done your calculations then post the coordinates you need here. For other Cachers look to see if you can help these poor souls by tracking down their coordinates. I'll check back periodically to make sure this thread doesn't fall too far down the list. Remember it's cachers helping cachers to find this cache and WE NEED YOU. Thank you. +cache_test_dummies
All locationless caches are being archived at the end of 2005, and many have already been moved over to the Waymarking site. This particular cache has already made the move, but appears to still be available on GC.com (at least for the moment). Where's In A Name? on Waymarking.com Link to comment
stibnitetwins
Yes, it is also on Waymarking, but we still need to use the Forums to find each other. Link to comment
mtn-man
For now, I guess I could leave this topic open in this forum. This is generally done by having interested cachers post requests in the regional forum areas below this forum. Once the cache is archived in a couple of weeks, I might move this topic to the Waymarking forum. It would be more appropriate there at that time. Link to comment
Bandit & Magna
It's not that hard to find a location and search for nearby caches. Then you just contact some active cachers from the logs in that area to see if they want to join you. Just find a populated area along the axis of your half of the coordinate. Link to comment
stibnitetwins
Wow. One would think that this was a terrible idea by the responses. I don't want to cloud your forums with a "useless" thread, so I'll be closing it. I figured it would bring many cachers together on such a great, thought out cache. Thanks for ruining an Idea.
