Besides creating a team ID user, is there an official way that individual logs would also contribute to the team stats?

 

Would like to create a multi-user team for joint cache hides, but don't know how to go about it. Any suggestions/information??

I've thought about this. I posted a question yesterday about the ability to query the gc database externally, because the only way I could think of to do what you're saying is to create a team page on my own site, then build the team stats manually via SQL.

We're creating group functionality on Waymarking and the concept will also be used on the geocaching site for groups, friends and family to group together to combine hides and finds. I don't have an estimated timeline for this rollout, however.
