Email Delays

At approximately 10:00 AM PDT (GMT-7), our mail server started queuing outbound email rather than delivering it. Some email was being delivered, but the delivery rate was reduced to a trickle.

 

The cause of this is currently unknown. However, I have restarted the server processes and mail seems to be flowing at its normal rate again. It will take a few hours for all the backlogged mail to be delivered. I'll continue to monitor the mail server to make sure there are no further issues.
