+ShmilyNMe
I'm still relatively new to coin collecting so up until now a nice sturdy ziplock bag has been my storage container for my coins. Needless to say, the bag is getting heavy now and it's time to move on to a better storage method. I've seen some folks storing their coins in notebooks. Where do you get the pages? Do any of you store your coins in something other than notebooks? I'd love to hear some of your "best practices"! Quote Link to comment

CinemaBoxers
I keep ours in cases we buy at Menards. Made with the compartments for nuts and bolts - but the coins fit perfectly. Quote Link to comment
avroair
In a drawer, gotta take a pic and post it one of these days... Quote Link to comment
+GBOTS
The Cachingplace has some very nice coin binders for a good price. I like them better than the zip binders Quote Link to comment
+fairyhoney
In a drawer, gotta take a pic and post it one of these days... Hmmmm.... I think there should be a race - see who is/has the fastest mover! I've been out of touch for the last week for one reason or another so I completely missed out on Lady Luck... Does that mean I'm unlucky? Ah, creative minds thinking alike I finally bought me some lock N lock s and slammed dunked them in. Don't worry, they are Still in their protective things that they come in. My older son always says that I need to get "organised" . Well, it seems like when I do, I can't find anything Oh, yeah, they are Still in their own not so little drawer Quote Link to comment
+Cheesy pigs
I agree with the above I keep mine in a sistema (lock 'n lock) and in binders specifically made for geocoins from The Caching Place. I like them so much, I've ordered three more Even most of the odd shaped coins fit in, and they come in assorted geocoin sizes. http://www.thecachingplace.com/shop/pc/vie...p?idCategory=24 Quote Link to comment

+Tegiro
If I may ask a stupid question...why are people keeping geocoins in a personal collection? I thought they were meant to be in caches, tracked from cache to cache. I too love the coins and have just bought my first one. As nice looking as it is I am partial to parting with it but will do what is necessary and activate it then place it in a cache. Isn't that what they are for? Perhap I should buy 2 each time, one for the cache and the other for my personal collection??? Cheers Quote Link to comment

Ferreter5
I don't take my coins traveling with me anywhere so I use some of these display cases mounted on the wall... Quote Link to comment

+larry739
I keep mine in a big ammo can made for grenades. It is about half full now. The activated ones I put into caches and keep an unactivated duplicate. Quote Link to comment

+E.caballus
I was fortunate to just acquire a Geocaching Zone Canada & Alaska/Hawaii set Now I'm perplexed by how to store them connected together since no mylar flip is that size and they don't quite stay together in a normal display stand/case. Any suggestions? Quote Link to comment
