loading caching sites

i am having prob loading caching sites to my gps device. software gives a error.

the pointer hand with a circle in red

what am i doing wrong???

What software are you using to upload to your GPS?

 

Did you install the Garmin USB driver?

 

What computer OS are you using? What Internet Browser?

To make it easier try this....If you think you are serious about caching....Become a premium member, buy GSAK (Geocaching Swiss army Knife), and then "send" all your cache sites....You have a great GPS receiver, but you need other programs to get the most enjoyment from caching. Check my profile page for additional information that you may need. Who knows where your journey will take you. Good luck and stay safe...

Have you installed Garmin Communicator Plugin yet? You need to in order to use the "send to GPS" button.

Ok, that only supports Garmin GPS units, so if you have something other than Garmin, it won't work. If you do have a Garmin, you need to install the Garmin Communicator plugin. Once you install that, it should send the cache directly to your GPS.
