+tomfuller & Quill Posted May 10, 2009 Share Posted May 10, 2009 In 2006 over a period of 350 days I competed in "Counting Counties in Oregon" (GCR9XY). In its' original format the contest required finding the highest D/T cache in each of the 36 counties in Oregon. Only 2 of us completed within the year with the highest possible score of 302.5. The most dangerous 5/5 cache that I found in November 2006 was "Just Clowning Around" along the south side of the Rogue River. For that 1 cache I left the truck at 8:30AM and got back to the truck at 9:30PM. At no point during the 13 hours was I more than 2 miles from the truck. Quote Link to comment
