+GrateBear
What is the maximum radius in miles that can be entered for a PQ? I'm looking for a cache place during 5/00, and there are none in my area. I put in 3000 miles and it returned 1 cache, located about 150 miles away. So, I tried the same distance using Lebanon, KS as the center point. That returned 2 caches within a couple of hundred miles. Now that I know they are out there, I need to figure out the max radius and go from there. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
+dfx
80 kilometers or 49.7 (50) miles Quote Link to comment
+larryc43230
80 kilometers or 49.7 (50) miles I'm fairly sure this is the limit for instant notifications and not pocket queries. I use several pocket queries that use a 60 mile radius, and I get a 60-mile circle of caches when I open the GPX in Google Earth. --Larry Quote Link to comment

Well, it's 500 miles or 750 km. Not sure why there's a difference between miles and km, but that's what it is. Quote Link to comment

What I am sure about is I need to find a better way to get a list of all the old caches by month back in 2000 and 2001. I'm sure there's a bookmark list somewhere out there. Quote Link to comment

I'm sure there's a bookmark list somewhere out there. Use this settings. +moose61
There is an other way to find the caches. In your case you can also use existing bookmark lists. Check out THIS ONE and THIS ONE Quote Link to comment
