+msbbop Posted December 29, 2011 Share Posted December 29, 2011 Need to change my primary email address from msbbop@comcast.net to msbbop@gmail.com. On Jan 5, 2012 my Comcast account will be closed. I do believe that you need to "add" an email address first, then change the "primary" address status later. Help Center articles: 8.2. Finally make sure you click on "Save Changes" or your changes will not be saved. 8.3.
