DECLINED - Interim change on cache submission page

I've posted this in a couple of other topics, but it quickly gets buried and possibly missed.

Currently, the cache submission page has the following text adjacent to the "Enable" tick-box:

Enable cache listing. It is ready for review.

To new cachers, the meaning of this is very ambiguous. Just yesterday, I again encountered a cache where the owner had submitted the listing without placing the container. This leads to nothing but frustration for any cachers trying to find a non-existent cache, and embarassment for the owner. Yes, I know it says in the guidelines that the container must be in place, but we all know there are many that don't read the guidelines.

It was recently stated that the future re-build of the cache submission page is not going to be in the near-future, so I beg you to make the following change in the interim:

Please change the text adjacent to the "Enable" box on the cache submission page to indicate that the cache must be in place and ready to be found before enabling it.

It's a simple text change, so it shouldn't take more than a minute or two for a developer to perform, but would prevent a lot of headaches. With the increasing popularity of Geocaching, there are a lot of new cache hiders, and the frequency of submitting-without-placing issues will likely increase. There have been several in just the last couple of months in my area. This needs to be dealt with.

Thank you
