+newsboy5331
Cache pages have sudddenly stopped responding properly. I've noticed three problems so far : 1/. The logs do not open automatically and can only be accessed by clicking view logbook. 2/. The decrypt hints facility does not work. This can only be accessed by clicking print underneath the coordinates strip. 3/. Cannot open the personal cache note facility. I have not fund a way to access this at all. Are these bugs or have I inadvertantly caused the pages not to respond properly and, if so, how can I put it right. Quote Link to comment

Something strange started recently, for cachers using Windows Internet Explorer: http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=307718&view=findpost&p=5209687 Quote Link to comment
+twilc33
The same thing happend to me. It turned out to be a compatability mode problem. If you are using IE9 there should be a "Torn Page" icon at the top of the page in the address bar. Click the icon and the problem should go away. If you are using a different version of Internet Explorer, look up "compatability view" with the help function and go from there. See also "GC mis-reporting IE version" in this forum section. +newsboy5331
Hi twilc33 Clicking the "Torn Page" in the address bar solved the problem. Thank you so much, it was driving me to distraction. newsboy 5331 Quote Link to comment
+WhiteFriar
All of the same happened with me using IE9 on Windows 7 and clicking the torn item cleared it - thank you. It was also a discussion item at a caching event tonight. Quote Link to comment

+czamacona
I myself have had an issue with the website not only the cache page. On my Android phone it is almost like the page times out after about 30 seconds and then all links stop working and a notice that the page is unresponsive appears. On my desktop the page works well but I do have the problem with the hint so I will try the compatability mode fix. Has anybody heard or know how to fix the issue with the page on my phone? All other websites load and run fine just not geocaching.com. With it running like this it is a pain to post logs or upload photos. Any advice would be appreciated, Thank you.
