+TopShelfRob
Not sure if this has even been discussed or mentioned before, but I think it would be useful on a cache page to see the 'Favorite Point' expressed as a percentage (as well as or instead of) simply how many favorite points. After all if a cache has 10 Fav pts and has only been found 12 times, that's a lot better than a cache that has been found 500 times and only has 10 favorite points. Just a thought. +palmetto
If you click the favorites point pane, the percentage is shown. It's not shown every time for every cache, because doing that is a large drain on the server, which has to access all logs, then all PMS and then run the calculation. If you want to see it for a particular cache, you can. Quote Link to comment
+Walts Hunting
Using percentage has a few issues. Caches around for some time before they were allowed will not show up with a high percentage. Sometimes friends will favorite each other. I got one in Yuma the other day with 13 favorites and could not find any reason why it had one. A new cache that gets a few favorites will have very high percentage while an older one will have a lower percentage. Quote Link to comment
