Daily Stats Bug?

We are working on a local challenge cache which is a 100 days of caching. We started our streak on January 31 and have continued to get at least one find per day. We found one cache on May 7 and two on May 8, but the 366 day grid did not populate those two days, nor did the longest streak stat update. It shows our streak stopped on May 6th. If you look at our finds, we found one puzzle cache on the 7th and two traditionals on the 8th. Our 100th day will be May 10th and in order to log a find on that cache, we need to prove our streak continued until then. Any ideas?

Is there a "refresh my stats now" button visible? If there is, then click it and see if that helps.

Anyone can look at your "founds" list to see that you've found caches for the last xxx days, so you can prove your streak that way.

On this page, you should see a gray button that says "Update My Statistics Now."

You get there by clicking on the link that says "Statistics" in the links list running along the top of your main profile page.

When I click on your link above, it brings me to our stats page with the Refresh button displayed; however, if I just go to our profile without following your link and go the stats page, I do not see the Refresh button. Very strange indeed! Perhaps I will just keep this link to click on when I need to refresh. Thank you so much for this information!

I have experienced something similar and just wrote a note to "Help Desk." We have 406 caches indicated, but back in the Statistics section, it shows that our next Milestone is 400 caches, which we have clearly exceeded. I did push the "Update my statistics now" even tho it said it had done it two minutes ago, but still shows the same information. Is there a glitch in this statistical area?

Thank you for your time.
