Gps for SOA and geocache team

My husband is a HAM radio operator and is starting on the Summits on the Air (SOTA). We would like to get a gps to do both. We are avid hikers so it would need to encompass features for this as well. I'd like to be able to use a memory card.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions

Hi hobbit_nc. I'm also a ham radio operator, K4AFK. Are you asking if there is a handheld radio that would also have features for geocaching?

No, looking for a handheld that can help us navigate as well as geocache. My DH is W4LNZ. I would like to get a gps because geocaching uses a lot of my iphone data. Also signals arent that great in the woods. I've looked at the 64s and the Oregon 600. Reviews arent great on either one.

 

Any suggestions?
