When I click "download to my gps" it gives me a pop up window that says "Magellan communicator found. Having issues?" and then it asks if I want to click here to install the latest version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times, I have restarted my computer. I have made sure my gps is connected to the computer. Please help! I want to go geocaching!! Thank you! +Gitchee-Gummee Posted December 28, 2014 Share Posted December 28, 2014 The problem isn't your GPSr. What you failed to mention is your computer... PC or MAC, and your browser. If a PC and you are using Internet Express, the latter is most likely the problem. Using IE, you probably need to change the "Compatibility Mode" setting. This will depend on your IE version.
