I'm not 110% sure I understand the question. But if you're asking about the Pocket Query Download, you should have received a link in an email, "Download Now". Click that link and you then may be presented with a blank browser page and pop-up request to allow the file download. In case this is the issue in the OP, go here: http://www.geocaching.com/pocket/ and click the "Pocket Queries Ready For Download" tab to see the PQs available to download.
