A bit risque, but funny icon_smile.gif

Actually, after looking at the design I don't care much for the "if you hide it they will come," but there hasn't been anything that shines yet. Perhaps I'll bring it up to the mailing list.

"Geocaching, it's not a mental condition, don't call the police."

"Geocaching, women do it, but it's called yard sales."

"Geocaching, what to do with that crap you bought on eBay."

Maybe something similar to one of these?

Take something, leave something and

write in the log.

Go there!

The world is our playing field.

Geocaching ? Sport with no out-of-bounds

Disclaimer: I'm not a wordsmith. I just play one on the internet (poorly).

By far the best one (IMHO). Some others are very funny but a bit too risque for the crowd.

There is a z coordinate though (altitude), though we don't really use that ...yet. icon_smile.gif

GeoCaching... the other white meat...

Luke, I am your geocache.

Bill and Ted's Excellent geocaching adventure

Where's the beef... I mean the geocache

Absolut Geocaching... (use your imagination)

Get off your A$$ and find my cache...

Geocache - Geocache - Party Time - Excellent

Geocache, the real reason Columbus sailed the ocean blue.

Ok, you are right, these are horrible...

I shouldn't post them for the world to puke while reading... Oh no its too late!!!

Sorry.. I'll stop now.

Bad Attempts at a catch-phrase:

Geocaching ? get out and explore the world

My cache is bigger than your cache

It?s about the path, not the cache

Bad Plays on the word ?cache:?

GPS ? it?s getting cache-y

Can you cache up with me?

Cache me if you can

You can cache it, just can?t spend it

Cache it in, log it out

Bad Geocaching Hakiu:

Boxes sit near ground

Hidden to most

Find me using boxes in sky

You know where I am

Grab GPS, Spouse, Kids, Dog

I wait

GeoCaching:

GPS: $250.00

Gas: $10.00

Picnic Lunch: $20.00

Spending quality time with your family: Priceless

I know this has been over used...but you should have seen the look on my daughters face when she found that first cache, priceless.

"Not just for geeks anymore" is more appropriate. We have many non-geeks now playing. Some could be even considered "macho" (though I'm not included under this heading).

"Geocaches - Been There, Dug That"

"Geocaching - Not your father's hide-n-seek"

"Geocaching - You Can Dig It"

"Geocaching - Go fly a Satellite"

How 'bout:

Take only satelite readings, leave only logbook entries.

or (more accurately)

Take only three rubber bands, a plastic rooster and a 1943 steel penny; leave only a Free Tibet bumper sticker, a pocketwatch and a moustache comb.

When I log a "find" I always type this word to begin my notes on the find:

Eureka !

If you've forgotten what this means from your years of going to school, look it up in the dictionary. Archimedes will appreciate your interest.
