+WYlostinMA
One day while looking at caches on the site, I saw that someone said something about a "First to find" pin. Does anyone know how or where to find these pins. I'm going to be starting a cache this spring and would like to get one for it... Quote Link to comment
WH
I make my own FTF buttons. Heres a FTF button design I used for a cache of mine. I also stocked the cache with buttons for other finders. The design is exactly the same without the red FTF on the front. I buy my button supplies from badge a minit. and I use Print Shop to make the artwork. Quote Link to comment
+fly46
There's another cacher who makes a special pin for the first, second, and third finders of his cache and then also has a fourth version to drop in the caches that he visits.. Quote Link to comment
FISUR
As an alternative, check out: First Finders Patches by the Desert (B)rats; and First-to-Find Certificates by Hikenit. Good Luck, FISUR Quote Link to comment
+Ambrosia
Boy, if gc.com made a ftf item, I'd probably buy it. (hint, hint.) Quote Link to comment
+Midway Cafe
These are the hat pins that I produce. Gold is the FTF pin, silver is for people who find one of my caches (other than micro) and the pewter is the one that I place in caches that I find. They are attached to a business card that tells the color ranking, and the backs of the pins are signed. Thus far I've given out about 200 of them through caches and to other cachers that I have met on the trails. I get a bigger kick out of finding someone wearing one of these than I do of seeing someone wearing one of my items that they just bought at a mall. I know that it's more than just a fashion statement or a current trend. MC Quote Link to comment
