Project Pardalis
The last roll I bought was at Walmart but they don't have camo duct tape anymore. Can anyone tell me where to find an other roll or what you all are using now for adhesive camoflage(online or in a store)? Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
Many Walmarts and most places that sell hunting equipment. Quote Link to comment
+WeightMan
You might also try your neighborhood military surplus store. Mine has had it. Quote Link to comment

+Sputnik 57
Camo seems to be the love of bow hunters. People who hunt with rifles wear red vests and hats to keep from being mistaken for deer. People who hunt with bows need stealth to get close to game, and apparently don't mind occasionally getting an arrow in their . . . anatomy from other near-sight bow hunters. Check your Yellow Pages for archery supply stores or hunting supply stores that cater to people who hunt with sharp pointy sticks. Quote Link to comment
+WalruZ
I bought mine at wal-mart. I checked in the hunting section and they said "we don't have that." - I went 4 aisles away to the duct-tape display and there it was, along with red, blue, and all sorts of other colors. There are other brands, but the kind wal-mart carries is the best. A can of flat black spray paint can do wonders for most any cache container. Give it a try. Quote Link to comment
+briansnat
Bought two rolls in Walmart today. Camo duct tape and they also had camo cloth tape, which is a lot more expensive. Quote Link to comment

I like the Flat brown and Green used in combination. See photo. These are from my "Hide a Cache Cache" aka my fight against micros were a real cache will work. http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...f8-ec2b2f64cf57 I have also been know to use camo fabric but it hard to find a shop that sells the fabric. This is one of my Micros that have been known to drive some cachers nuts Edited November 16, 2004 by JohnnyVegas Quote Link to comment

CoyoteRed
Watch Walmart for when they are getting rid of their hunting supplies. You can pick up RealTree camo t-shirts really cheap. Cut them up and sew them into pouches that fit over your cache or make gillie cache suits out of them. Quote Link to comment
+GeoForse
If you live in the Midwest, Menard's building centers has it in the tape and adhesives area. GeoForse Quote Link to comment
Project Pardalis
None of the Walmarts around here carru it at all. You'd think with it being hunting season it would be on their shelves somewhere, but not here in sunny socal. I ended up ordering it from Cabela's, just over eight dollars shipped. +Pork King
Wal mart around here carries it, only problem is, they stopped carrying the "flat" camo tape, now all they have is "glossy"...It just dont seem to wor the same! Quote Link to comment
+Team ARK-ville
Walmart seems to be the winner here. I bought a roll this week in Glens Falls. It was in with the regular duct tape and other colored duct tape. Price was $3.59 a roll. They seemed to have plenty. Can't say that all Walmarts have it. You might want to also try Dick's Sports in the hunting section. Quote Link to comment
+Doc-Dean
I found some in an auto-parts store (on sale - no less!) Quote Link to comment
+Medic005
I just bought two rolls at the local WalMart, yesterday. Gander Mountain also carries camo tape. Quote Link to comment
Lost in it all...
Just an FYI to confirm what someone said about hunting supplies going clearance... I am NOT usually a Wal-Mart shopper, but while returning gifts last weekend, decided to browse the Sporting Goods section. I found much of their hunting merchandise is being reduced, though some price drop percentages were more than others. I grabbed the last roll of camo tape and some reflective tacks. I may check another store near me for more of the rolls soon. (Regarding an earlier post about an suto parts store - REALLY???) Quote Link to comment
+NightPilot
You never know what you'll find in an auto parts store, especially the non-chain ones. Some of it has little or nothing to do with automobiles. Pep Boys carries lots of weird stuff, for an auto parts store, anyway. Quote Link to comment
