Geocaching Pocket Pc Theme

For all you Pocket PC2002/2003 users out there, why not stick this theme on your PDA:

 

Geocaching Pocket PC Theme

 

I just copied the file in to my "Windows" directory on my PPC2002 directory, then selected "Settings -> Today -> Geocaching -> OK". Let me know how you get on.

 

EDIT: It may not be called "Geocaching" it may be called "44683". Nice name eh?!

Thanks I have just downloaded this onto my ppc. I had a bit of trouble first, I had to get something from Big M to get it to run.

It lasted less than 5 seconds on my PPC - The theme means the Start menu displays white text on an almost white background making the device almost unusable.

Here are two for Palm users amongst you, I think they are also OK for Pocket PC’s.

 

I use ‘GeoClipping‘ http://users.adelphia.net/~rschoolf/geoclipping.htm to copy cache page to my Palm m515 PDA and ’Geocaching Hint Decoder’ http://www.freewareppc.com/misc/geocachinghintdecoder.shtml to decode hints in the field.

 

I first found these on GC.com but for some reason they are no longer there.

Learned Gerbil, are you using PPC2003? The tool I created it with doesn't allow me to modify the Start menu, meaning the text always stays black on mine, which is why I had to go with the white background style.

 

I will create one with a black background start menu as well, and post it to you.
