Help, please!

On a massive drive from NYC to Asheville, NC I decided to find some caches in TN and WV because those were two states in which I didn't have finds. I discovered the JOE caches and found one in each state... the TN one was on my way to Asheville, in a fast food parking lot with the hint "dark sucker". When I tried to upload the field note from my iPhone it kept failing and didn't save a copy of it... so now I'm stuck because I have no idea where I was. Anyone out there know which cache this was? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Louisville, KY Cache Friends

I'm in Louisville, KY area and relatively new to the sport (I just logged my 22nd find). I don't cache a whole lot but would be interested in hearing from cachers in the area that might want the occasional cache friend to tag along to help out with local caches. I like caching alone but realize there are instances when it would be nice to have someone to help out on occasion.

I live out in the Fern Creek area and do most of my caching on weekday mornings as I work 3rd shift. If anyone would like to hunt within the Louisville area preferably on weekday mornings please drop me a line.

Thanks
ddh1969

History Geocaching Project in Huntsville, TX

I am a member of the Walker County Historical Commission at Huntsville, TX, and we are considering a history- related geocaching event to promote Walker County history. I have done a small amount of standard geocaching, but I have never planned an event. I am looking for people in Huntsville or within a reasonable distance of Huntsville to help design and/or execute the event, probably next March to coincide with the local celebration of Texas Independence Day and Sam Houston's Birthday. The basic idea would be to find a historic site and answer a question about it based on a marker or other readily available onside information. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Recovered lost cashe in Maryville, TN 37801

I have recovered an ammo can cashe from a flood debris on a creek bank vic East Broadway and Washington St in Maryville TN 37801: 35° 45.690'N 83° 57.966'W.

I have spent far too much time trying to locate the correct location to re-emplace it. The creek recently flooded and I surmise the cashe floated downstream. Est Date of recovery: Oct 5 2009

If you are the owner or are a member of the local community please contact me via this forum or mstreman at the gmail site to coordinate disposition. If I've not received a reply by Oct 31, 2009 I will re locate it to a place of my choosing.

This is for the original owner so they might know what became of it. Contact info in terms of an email address included with the cashe would have simplified things.

Regards to all
