Wanted Hillsboro, OR resident to co-host 2015 GIFF!

I would like to host a 2015 GIFF event on November 6, 2015. I have contacted the Hillsboro main library and can reserve a room for up to 84 people with digital projector and sound system. My problem is that in order to get the non-profit rate of $0 per hour I must have a Hillsboro address (my physical address is Portland, even though I am right across the street from Hillsboro). I believe this will be a fun event and would love to bring GIFF to our area!
