+Harry Dolphin
I have a TB that, unfortunately, went to an event. 113 attendees. So far, the TB has had 84 discoveries by 51 discoverers. One person discovered it eight times! 33 of the discoveries are duplicates. Why would anyone want to do that??? (Outside of cluttering my mail box...) Quote Link to comment

I had up to 4 discoveries, and many duplicates, on a coin proxy that went to an event. My theory is that some people made lists and shared them; that my number was on more than one list and loggers didn't bother to notice that they were logging the same number from more than one list. My only real concern is that the lists don't get shared outside the event. Quote Link to comment
+Twentse Mug
After 3288 discover logs on my trackables I have the feeling that many cachers consider travelbugs as a special sort of geocache. Quote Link to comment
+GeoLog81
The only way to stop that madness is to somehow make Project-GC to remove the badges for coin/TB discoveries. IMHO most of their badges are very poorly designed. Quote Link to comment
