Once you've done the maintenance required, or confirmed that non is actually needed, open your cache page, and click on "Log Your Visit" Under log type, select "Owner Maintenance". type in whatever maintenance has been done and hit enter. There will be an owner's maintenance log, and the "Needs Maintenance" icon will be removed. The original NM log will remain, of course, but the cache will no longer show that maintenance is needed.
