Can't Print

New premium member. Trying to print a cache but continue to get message that can't use services unless I agree to the disclaimer. CLick on the disclaimer but there is no place on disclaimer to accept or agree. Usually pretty sharp on computers but stumped on this one. Help.

Using Internet Explorer by any chance?

 

Issues with IE11 followed by log out, log back in. IF they dont work, come back and someone else may suggest further possibilities.

I have never had this problem, but I may be able to help you.

 

Using internet explorer 7 is not supported by gc.com. This may be your problem. It may also be because you are using compatibility mode.

Thanks for the suggestions. I finally got it to print but not from the application. I was a member 3-4 yrs ago and I thought I could print right from the info page of the cache and their was print button after you clicked on "no logs", "5 logs", etc. still when I click on print - no logs, I still the disclaimer but found I could work around and print anyway. So all is well as I begin to show my daughter how this sport works.
