To this point I have used the phone app and recently bought a Garmin Etrex 10. When I'm selecting download to gps for a cache, the pop up window prompts me to read/accept agreement and submit and I do so but nothing happens and I'm not prompted to select gps model... nothing. Log out, log back in may solve it. you haven't done so already, if you register your new Garmin via http://www.geocaching.com/garmin/freetrial.aspx you can extend your Premium Membership by 30 days for free! However, you may need to do something else also, depending upon your computer operating system, which you didn't state. Try logging out/in and if that doesn't cure the problem come back for further with computer/browser in use info. ... actually -- if it does cure the problem, come back and advise so anyway.
