PQ of caches along a route gives different results in different user accounts

I have created a user route for a trip to our holiday location and created a pocket query with caches along this route. We are going on holiday with friends of ours who also are geocachers, and on their behalf, I have created the same route and PQ in their account. The weird thing is, that the result is not the same, although I have set the very same settings in the PQs. For example, on a part of the German highway 7 in the very north of the country, one of the PQs doesn't have any cache at all, whereas in the other account the road is flooded with geocaches. I have also zoomed in on other parts of the route, and the results are also different on those places. On one account, I can see e.g. 7 geocaches, but on the other account, I see an extra 8th cache on the map. How is this possible? The total number of caches in the PQs are approximately 600 and the PQ limit is set on 1000, so that is not the problem.

An example can be seen on this screenshot:

That macro works great. I just finished a CA to Maine to Georgia to AZ trip finishing the lower 48 and used it a bunch. One thing to keep in mind that actually doesn't seem to apply to your route but might be a concern in the future. The windier the route is the more boxes is seems to draw and that appears to be a limiting factor on when it tops out in caches so in that case you might have to chop it up. I was trying to do across a couple of states when I noticed that.
