Recent Geocaches Filter suggestion

I have tried to expand my default area for the "Recent Geocaches" notification in the weekly email. When I open the filter, and change the default radius from 30 to 50, I end up with the entire world's newest caches. I looked at the URL that was generated by the email's notification, and changed the "&radius=30" to "&radius=50" and all is well: I get the new caches out to 50 miles.

I then looked at the URL that is generated after I changed the radius setting in the filter given on the default page of the "Recent Geocaches" -- the one that gave me the world--, and noted that it had been changed to a radius of 50, but the origin (home and lat/long) location is not in the text of that URL.

 

Please add a selection box in the filter page to enter the lat/long and or "home" that you want the newly selected radius to be centered on.

 

Thanks for considering this. In the mean time, fellow geocachers can look at the URL and dope out the code and modify what they need. E.G change the radius.
