+Brother William
When I edit my custom profile in the "Bio" box in Settings and I save my changes, nothing can be seen on my public profile. Also deleting all old entries and saving just one new entry doesn’t do the trick. Nothing shows up. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment
+noncentric
I see one image on your public profile. Perhaps the rest of your custom profile content is somehow corrupted or has erroneous html tags. Quote Link to comment

It's a picture of a tiger with some text on top. Is this what you would expect that we should be seeing right now? Quote Link to comment
+Brother William
Thanks both, that's indeed the test picture I've put on my profile. The strange thing however is that I cannot see it myself.... Quote Link to comment
+Brother William
I've put some more banners on my profile now, hope that these can be seen as well. Quote Link to comment
+Viajero Perdido
Now I see a whole pile of stuff. You know you have to click the About tab now to see that stuff, don't you? It was a recent improvement to the site, which may be reversed due to feedback. Quote Link to comment
+Brother William
Problem is that also in the About tab I myself can't see any Profile Information. I checked with other users and I don't see any Profile Information of them as well. Maybe a bug, or should I change some settings? Quote Link to comment
+noncentric
What type of browser and version are you using? I can see many different images on your profile's About tab, so I suspect the problem is with your computer and/or browser. Quote Link to comment

In Firefox or IE the profile information is visible. Thanks for your help. Still don't know what happend, in Chrome it also worked some time ago.... Quote Link to comment

I am running Chrome (my preferred browser) on this computer (Windows 10) and can see the images, including one that looks like a commercial advertisement. Your profile is a good example for why I have suggested that GS create a separate, user editable tab for badges or achievements. Because the "About" tab is the only one that users can edit, everything and anything seems to get put on that tab, including content that would be better on other tabs (e.g. third party statistics). Still don't know what is the case since Chrome/Windows10 is also my preferred combination. Thanks anyway! Quote Link to comment
+skramble
Check your addons. Chrome iPass is one that I know of that I need to disable in order to see the "about" display. +cghove
Maybe a bug, the first picture is a screenshot of my profile from microsoft edge, and the second is also my profile, but on google chrome, and as you can see noting displays in the about section when viewed in chrome, eventhoug the "codes" are there when i "inspect" the page as seen in picture 3 Edited July 30, 2017 by cghove Quote Link to comment

I am able to see your full profile on Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. There was another cacher who reported a similar issue, so maybe it's an issue of viewing your own public profile? Do you see anything different between clicking on? https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx vs https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=cghove When clicking on "View Profile" from your Dashboard, then you'll get the 1st link, but when I click on your profile then I get the 2nd link. Perhaps there is a bug with the 1st link that doesn't specify the user, although I'm not sure why such a bug would appear. Quote Link to comment

Reinstalled chrome, nope didn't fix it either, tried one last time to turn off tampermonkey, and it worked, ok turned tampermonkey on again, and my info was gone... so i turned off one and one script, and for me it's project-gc script that messes every thing up.... +DeepPurple
I had the same issue, also with Chrome. I have disabled the Chrome extension "Docs PDF/PowerPoint Viewer (by Google)". And now I can see profiles again. Quote Link to comment
+comat0se
Add this in the Userscript portion of the Project-GC tampermonkey script and it will work again // @exclude https://www.geocaching.com/profile/profilecontent.html 1 Quote Link to comment
