transferring a download to GPS (Garmin 600t)

Am now the proud owner of a Garmin GPS 600t. I have worked out to download individual Caches to the GPS :)

But being a bit of a div, I've managed to work out how to create a pocket query and have got that as far as the download folder of the laptop.... but I can't get them on to the GPS.

I've linked the GPS to the laptop with the cable provided. How do I now get the download to the GPS in a way that when I turn the GPS on they all appear in the Geocache folder for me to go ad find them? B)

Thanks in advance

Un-zipped the Pocket Query?

How to... guide > http://www.follow-the-arrow.co.uk/resources/paperless.html#gotinfo

Scroll down to > Show me how to do paperless caching and click on the compass.

ETA

If you didn't register your GPS via http://www.geocaching.com/garmin/freetrial.aspx do so now and extend your Premium Membership... :)
