+T.D.M.22
So quick question here. IIRC the smallest cache size is micro. It goes Large, regular, small, micro. So why if you visit the shop.geocaching.com you can select to view nano caches? Is it just another way to confuse newbs? Just wondering is all... And yes I know my spelling is crap, but I can't edit it back Edited December 21, 2014 by Keystone fixed url Quote Link to comment

+tozainamboku
I find sizes on shop.geocaching.com confusing in any case. Twice I've ordered a T-shirt and forgot to select the size so they sent me small which is what the size defaults to. It looks like under Geocache Containers you can chose nano cache, micro cache, larger cache, and devious cache. Not sure that you should read nano, micro, larger, and devious as sizes. Certainly the forum folks who quote chapter and verse to show that nanos are a subset of micro, might expect the caches under nano cache to also show up if you select micro. They don't. But if you select the devious size you get some (but not all) of the nano caches, and some (but not all) of the micro cache. Edited December 21, 2014 by tozainamboku Quote Link to comment

And yes I know my spelling is crap, but I can't edit it back Why would it be confusing? What if they had a "shop for extra jumbo sized caches" section? Would you think it confused newbies then or would you assume they should know that those would fall under the "large" category? Quote Link to comment
+tozainamboku
It's good to know that the moderators can make extra small edits to the topic title and posts. I'm not sure if that means they can make nano or micro edits as well? Edited December 22, 2014 by tozainamboku Quote Link to comment
