+GrnXnham
Does anyone know what Oregon's highest cache is? I found this one: http://coord.info/GCXK3C This is a multi with the final on top of South Sister which is Oregon's 3rd highest peak. Anyone know of a cache higher than this one? Quote Link to comment

+DrAwKwArD
It depends on your definition of highest "cache". The one on top of the Steen's is the highest physical cache. The multi you mentioned takes you higher but the cache is placed much lower on the mountain due to wilderness issues. Quote Link to comment

+GrnXnham
Ok, the one I mentioned on South Sister is the highest physical container but it's the end of a multi that starts much lower. Looks like the Steens one is the highest if you only look at starting coords in a multi. Yeah, depends on definition of highest cache I guess. That multi is interesting, though. We don't have something like that in WA. It really throws a monkey wrench into the definition of "highest cache." Quote Link to comment
+DrAwKwArD
Not to beat a dead horse, but this is not correct. The container for this cache is placed under 6000'. Ok, the one I mentioned on South Sister is the highest physical container but it's the end of a multi that starts much lower. Quote Link to comment
