Coins with geology and/or earthcache theme

I'm not sure, if you look for coins still on sale?

A few years back there was a lovely series called the Ammonite Coins.

All four of them would show an ammonite on the front a map of the world at the time of its appearance.

Ammonite Geocoins - Late Jurassic, Late Cretaceous, Early Jurassic, Late Triassic.

Sometimes they are out on eBay, but that is pure chance.

Still for sale at Geoswag are a lovely series of Earth Coins called the Four Elements.

There is one full sized Four Elements, as well as four micro coins Fire, Water, Earth and Wind.

The German speaking Earthcachereviewers have recently made their own coin, it is also still availlable.

Thanks a lot for your answers!

Those ammonite coins are absolutely marvelous! Gosh, I need to get them somehow! So any offers? :P

The four element micros are also nice.

The petrified wood one is one I'd buy if I visit that place one day. I think it's just a bit too location specific, but still an interesting coin. i do have the German EC reviewer coin, and it's got a tiny rock hammer  I seriously love that coin :)

Writes Mrs. terratin, who isn't really into coins, but...

Another rare one (50 made, the reverse shows the EC logo):

I have an extra one for MathTrade...

Wow, that one is nice! I just wish I had something to trade :(

But the tethys-c trilobite is currently on the way to me. That's at least something.

Hmm.. maybe I need to dig into my box of coins to see if there's something there.

This is a little belated, but here's three that we've created for EarthCache events or for geology themed geocoin events at the WestCan series.

Right now we have them on sale 20% off and if you're buying from the US, you'll be amazed at the final price once converted to USD. The exchange is very much in your favour right now!
