+Eddol Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 I have been away from geocaching for a couple years but have returned. I used to download geocaches to my Triton 500 but can't now. I can't even get the GPS to connect to my computer. I have Windows 8.1 on a new computer (don't like it or the the HP computer) and was told by Magellan support that there are no drivers for Windows 8. So I am using my old computer with XP and still can't get a connection or download. Is there a source that will take me step by step to make it happen? Quote Link to comment
+gpsblake Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 Did you try installing and running Vantage Point as ADMINISTRATOR (right click run as) sometimes helps with this problem. Also run VantagePoint in XP mode might help. Quote Link to comment
