Unable to send TB logs

We are traveling today, going towards Seattle Wa. We retrieved a TB. But, for 2 days now, sending the "pickup" log won't go through. Why?

Sending how? Through the website, an app, GSAK, or some other third-party piece of software? If it's an app or other software, which one?

 

I do seem to recall that there were issues submitting trackable logs through the official iOS app if there were photos attached, but I'm not sure if this is still an issue or not. If that scenario does apply to you, you could see if you can remove the photo(s) and re-submit the pending log, or delete the pending log and submit a new one without any photos.

 

If you can't get any of this to work, drop into Groundspeak HQ in Seattle and see if they can help you. :laughing:

Hi yes we are using Apple iPad or the iPhone to send travel bug logs the regular sign the log for cash is that you do go through perfectly fine it's only the travel bug law that will not go through. We are not attaching any photos. Simply the log for retrieving a bug. We are not in Seattle, just passing through. Thank you! I

The frustrating part is that we want to place the Bug in Vancouver Canada, but until the retrieval log goes through, we can't do a drop :-(

As you can see by my paragraph above, darn Siri gets it wrong hahaha

Best thing to do might be to find a public library or a motel with computer access and do it the old school way.

 

Entering login information on a public computer? Yeah, sure. Not gonna happen.... ever.

 

If you can use the app, you can just as well access the website from your phone.
