mlblackbull
Hi. How do I find out how many caches are involved in the question mark caches- the ones where you have to solve the puzzles?? How do you know what one to do first. Bet it's very obvious but new to thus and can't seem to get it right!! Quote Link to comment
+Touchstone
Judging from your Logging history, the one you've found that is part of a "bonus" series, is one of two that you must find to derive the coordinates for the "final": Are We Nearly There Yet?-Galleywood Commons As you get more into Geocaching, you'll pretty quickly find that the "?" caches (Mystery/Puzzle cache type) comes in a variety of forms. It's kind of a catch-all category for Listings that don't fit within the more conventional cache types (i.e. Traditional, Multi etc.). Welcome to the sport! Quote Link to comment
+TheHarleyRebel
Puzzles seem hard at first, but if you ask the CO for a hint they will most likely reply. Quote Link to comment
+Chief301
Puzzle caches don't neccesarily involve numerous locations or caches....most times you just solve the puzzle to get the coordinates which bring you to the cache, and that's it. The one that Touchstone linked to is an example of one where you must find some other caches first to gather the coordinates. But not all puzzles are the same. The requirements can vary greatly.
