+tjiefke Posted March 31, 2015 Share Posted March 31, 2015 Hi, my team name is tjiefke, Last october I started geocaching and ond severral occasions I noticed that when I start at a central place for the day (arrival by car) and proceed my day by bike. I someties forget where I parked my car exectually is(mostly in cities). Now I wonder if there is a option to mark my start piont in the GC app (pro) to get back to my car really easy? I allready tried to fiend a topic like this but no answers for so far for me. This could be my bad Englisch (sorry for what I have spelled wrong). Could any 1 help me with this please? The "mark your car" used to be a common piece of advice here and there was at least one case when I was went off into the woods and forgot to do so, came out on the trail I *thought* I had followed in and couldn't find my car. I guess with so many caches these days close to where one *can* park a car that using a cache as a waypoint works. Quote Link to comment
