Bookmark List Page Deleting Bookmark Lists Unintentionally

I've found a bug where the refreshing the page will delete a bookmark list.

 

Steps for the bug to happen:

1. Delete a bookmark list. (For this example "Bookmark List A")
2. Back at the main bookmark page you'll see a message "You successfully deleted the 'Bookmark List A' bookmark."
3. Edit another bookmark list ("Bookmark List C")
4. Hit back on your browser to go back to the main bookmark list.
5. Refresh browser
6. Pop up to confirm resubmission.
7. "Bookmark List B" deleted. List B is next in the list of bookmarks after List A

This was with Google Chrome

I can confirm this bug.

Just testet it in Firefox.

The same behavior, List is deleted.

Yep, you don't even have to edit another list.

 

Steps in Firefox to recreate:

(1) Delete a bookmark list A --> Produces message "You successfully deleted the 'Bookmark A' bookmark"

(2) Refresh Lists page --> Produces message "You successfully deleted the 'Bookmark B' bookmark"

(3) Refresh Lists page --> Produces message "You successfully deleted the 'Bookmark C' bookmark"

 

Bookmark A, B, C were the last 3 lists in on my Lists page.

 

I'm going to avoid opening the Lists page again until Groundspeak can confirm that they've fixed this.

Would be great to hear from GS about when a fix for this might be implemented? Losing bookmark lists, and not being able to have them restored (which is the response I received from an email via the Help Center), is quite frustrating.
