How long does geocache review take

I put a geocache on review on tuesday, but when does it get reviewed?

Not very long, my own cache (now deleted) got reviewed in a day. Also depends where do you put the cache and is it hard to get to there.

The service goal is for a first review to occur within 7 days. It usually takes less than 7 days though.

Did you get the email from Groundspeak advising that your cache has been submitted for review?

 

If you have successfully submitted the cache, are there any Reviewer Notes on it that you need to address?

I don't understand what that has to do with having a cache reviewed.

 

Reviewers don't actually go out to the placement location as part of the review process.

The OP received a same-day review, where the reviewer on the 4th of August explained that the wrong region was selected. At some point after that, the OP edited the cache location to show up in the proper region, so that it can be reviewed by the correct community volunteer reviewer for that region. It's now pending in the review queue for the correct region.

Member for a month... three caches found... I'd say the likelihood that they've studied the appropriate Help Center pages is small.
