Sudoku Waypoints Cache

I am new to Geocaching and have a question. I have figured out this cache and have found and signed the log. I logged that I found it but no smiley face shows like the others. It's just like a piece of paper with pencil going from corner to corner. Is this correct or is there something else I need to do?? Also will a virtual souvenir show on my Souvenir page?? Thanks for you help

I think you may have logged it as "write note" rather than found it. Check the log entries for the cache to see.

Did you type in a field note instead of a found it log?

It's this cache and yes it's a "Write Note."

You just need to edit the log and change the type to "Found."
