Does anyone know how to make a Pocket Query containing certain numbers and letters in the GC code number. I am looking to complete a Battleship cache and need caches that contain either D2 or 110.

I don't believe that is possible in a PQ. You'll have to run a PQ for an area, download the data, and then filter/sort in a program of some sort, for the characters you are interested in.
