This is for Android. I'm not sure if other OS uses the exact same steps.

1. Select geocache.

2. Tap on "Navigate"

3. On Navigate screen, select Map

4. Tap on the 3 vertical squares on upper right corner (not the three stacked, overlapping squares, which is "map layers", but the 3 tiny squares to the right of it)

5. Select "Add Waypoints", enter coordinates, tap "+ Add"

6. Back on the map screen, tap on the new waypoint you just added (should show up as a flag).

Alternatevly if you go to the website and update the cache with the new coordinates when you go to the app and navigate to the cache you will see the orange flag as a waypoint.

When you click it it'll say corrected coordinates and you select to navigate there.
