Converting from Basic app to Premium?

Hi there,

 

I bought the Basic app a few months ago and then upgraded to Premium, however my app hasn't updated and i cannot solve any of the puzzle clues. Can anyone help me to update my app please? I'm on Android.

The app does not "update" to anything. If you did indeed purchase the (Pro-)app, you purchased an item... a one-time purchase.

 

If you upgraded to Premium Membership, you instituted/initiated a subscription... with recurring fees.

 

The app (any app) and membership status are two entirely different entities.

 

Solving puzzle or multi-caches require the entry of waypoint stage(s) in order to obtain the final cache.

The Basic/Trial app shows the nearest/easiest 3 Traditional caches suitable for beginners.

Paying for Premium Membership with the app will show all Traditional caches.

 

The Paid for app will show all types of caches (except Premium Member Only)

With Premium Membership you can also see Premium Member Only caches.

 

IF your app is showing only Traditional caches it's the Basic app.

 

Download the Paid for app from the store. (you will have to pay for it, it is NOT part of Premium Membership)

 

IF you have the paid for app, try logging out, and then back in.
