Usually no trouble till last week. I tried to figure out from my setting... after a week struggling to sort it out... I'm crazy here. Need help would be great Quote Link to comment

Usually no trouble till last week. Does the GPSr seem to work except for not connecting? It may take a few seconds for a computer to recognize the GPSr, for the GPSr to "wake up". On my Windows PC, it often takes 25 seconds or more. That's for both my Oregon 550 and 650. On the GPSr there should be a "Garmin" logo, "loading" messages, and then an icon showing it's connected to the PC, then a Windows "connected" sound and folders should open. Try a different USB cable, and a different port. Then test it on a different PC. You may try a different USB device, to see if it's an issue with the computer. On the site that Atlas Cached mentioned, see the troubleshooting information for "Forced Mass Storage Mode". There are also steps for a factory reset if nothing else works. Good luck!
