+h2o z Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 I bought the new MapSend DirectRoute v3 last week. The installation of the software from the DVD went fine. Next, I needed to go through the unlock procedure. I got to the screen where I entered in the coupon code and the coupon was accepted and it said "discounted 100%, $0.00 balance". After clicking CHECKOUT I was asked to login using my e-mail address and password. As soon as I did that and clicked SUBMIT I was sent back to Shopping Cart page with nothing in the cart. Of course an attempt to redo the process failed because I had already entered the coupon code. After lots of time getting through to Magellan, I did get a new coupon code, TWICE, and had the same result. Anyone else had this problem? Solutions? Quote Link to comment
