+TheShaws Posted June 23, 2015 Share Posted June 23, 2015 ok when i upload pocket queries to my garmin etrex 30 im having some not showing up i have even selected 1000 caches around the area i want to search i am a priemun member so all should load but when i arrive at location it will only show say 3 out of 10 caches so i have to get a phone signal so i can write the series coords down in my not pad so i can enter them manually on the way around all attributes are set to show all any advice on how to over come this the shaws Quote Link to comment

Is this a series of caches that you already knew about? Or perhaps it's a multicache? And you are needing to write the coordinates for the rest of the stages? Could you give us the GC codes of the ones that you needed to write the coordinates? B. Quote Link to comment

+Harry Dolphin Posted June 23, 2015 Share Posted June 23, 2015 It sounds as though you have chosen too large an area. The PQ will send you 1000 caches, but if there are 1500 caches in that area, 500 will not show up in your PQ. Limit your PQ to about 975 caches, then the caches in the radius will show all. Of course, it will not show the caches further along the trail... Quote Link to comment

+TheShaws Posted June 24, 2015 Author Share Posted June 24, 2015 it was a series of 14 caches i had downloaded a pocket query for on to my etrex and when i arrived to start the series only 3 were showing up on it this is one that didnt show up GC3EBKP i think it was no's 259 that showed up the rest were not showing Quote Link to comment
