+emmieo Posted September 29, 2015 Share Posted September 29, 2015 We own a Garmin Monterra, purchased April 2014 Did an update this week and unit stopped working. A robot appears on screen with a red triangle. In triangle is an exclamation mark. Tried calling Garmin. They can do nothing but offer $270 replacement. Unit worked fine before this update.
