+KLHeff
I have run a pocket query (1000 geocaches), but when I "check all" and select download, a .loc file is generated. How do I get it to download a .gpx file to suit my Garmin Etrex 20? Quote Link to comment
+MartyBartfast
You're doing that by clicking the "Preview" link. What you need to do is "run" the PQ, which you do by ticking the box for the day you want it to run. When it's run then go to the tab which says "Pocket Queries ready for download" and click the appropriate file on there, this will download a .zip file to your PC, you must unzip that, then copy the two extracted files (*.gpx) onto your Etrex. When you plug the Etrex into the PC it should appear as a removable drive, there will be a folder called ?:/Garmin/GPX copy the .gpx files into there. Quote Link to comment

Alternately, you will receive an email when the PQ has run that will contain a link directly to the ZIP file. If you haven't received an email, either the PQ hasn't run yet, or you haven't told the system to run it at all. Quote Link to comment
